Villa Marta is a Indianos´s House built in 1915 by Don José Bulnes, with an eclectic architectural style, classified by the Heritage of the Principality of Asturias, located in the strategic enclave of the Ardisana Valley, which is equidistant from the urban center of Llanes, capital of the council, Lakes of Covadonga, as well as the Council of Cabrales which is recognized for its cheese with designation of origin and the famous Cares Path.
We have planned a rehabilitation using avant-garde energy building techniques based on the Passivhauss standard, adapting to the current legislation (RD 143/2002) of tourism accommodation in the community, offering an individualized rental service for double rooms with breakfast in the modality of House of Village of 3 Trisqueles, and that will open its doors towards the month of May of the year 2018.
In addition, dinner services will be offered on demand, bar with terrace, lounge with piano and library, internet, private parking and contact with a variety of external activities such as horseback riding, golf, guided gastronomic visits among others.
The attached photos do not correspond to what will be the final state of the property, which is currently being reformed and although the exterior facades will be respected, it will look pale light colors like those of the original construction of the beginning of the last century, appreciated with some difficulty in the attached aerial photo. The images will be updated in the coming months.
