Villa Marta is located in the council of Llanes, specifically in the parish of Ardisana, which has only 335 neighbors. The main local activity continues to be the primary sector although the tertiary sector earns whole, with rural tourism offers, which help to diversify and maintain local wealth. This rural offer is presented as a variant to be exploited in the coming years with energy efficiency policies and respect for the environment as is our mission. The council of Llanes is a neighbor of the Principality of Asturias, is located in the easternmost part of the autonomous community, bordering Ribadedeva to the west and Ribadesella and Cangas de Onis to the east, to the south the mountain range of Cuera separates Llanes de Peñamellera Alta and Baja, Onís, as well as cabrales.
